Miranda Taylor Cosgrove (born May 14, 1993) is an American actress and singer. She voices Lisa Jackson in both the FUNimation Dub and Saban Dub of the Fullmetal Alchemist franchise. She will also portray Lightna in the live-action adaptations of the Fullmetal Alchemist franchise.
